| 2011 Summer Swim Lesson Request Form |
Description: The BCC Sharks coaching staff provides private swim lessons for a reasonable fee to any Shark swimmer that are interested in getting extra help outside of the regular team practice times. Our coaches will also provide lessons to children and grandchildren of Balcones Country Club members. The BCC Sharks Swim Team is not involved in managing nor receives any proceeds from the swim lesson program. As a benefit to Shark families and BCC member families, Balcones Country Club allows the Spicewood pool to be used for the private swim lessons. Any arrangements for private swim lessons is strictly between the coaching staff and families. Lessons will be scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. |

This is the only way the coach will be able to contact you to confirm your swim lesson request. By submitting this form, you have not scheduled the swim lesson yet. You have submitted a request only, which then must be confirmed by a coach either by e-mail or phone call before the lesson is scheduled. If you have not had a response back within 24 hours, please contact Coach Nurrie Wilson. |
