Invitational Entries Report: If your swimmer plans on swimming on Sunday, he or she MUST be on this report in the events desired. All corrections must be sent immediately. Send e-mail directly to John Cotton at: computerrep@bccsharks.org. Go here to view the report.

Heat Sheets: As with our other meets, a heat sheet will be available for download. We will not receive back the final Invitational meet program until late on Saturday night. It could be as early as 8:30 pm or as late as midnight. Check the website before you come down to the Texas Swim Center on Sunday and print off your heat sheet. There will not be any heat sheets for sale at the meet.

Directions and Parking: Information for the Texas Swim Center can be found at: www.tsc.utexas.edu/parking/. You can also refer to www.utexas.edu/parking/ for general parking information on the UT campus. Parking has been approved for Lot 80 on a space available basis. You should read all signs carefully as some spaces are reserved "At All Times" and could result in the issuance of a citation. Please enter at the street level upper entrance of the Texas Swim Center and look for the check-in area for further instructions. If you have never been to a swim meet at the Texas Swim Center, our recommendation is you allow 45 minutes driving/parking time before swimmer check-in at 9:15 am.

Swimmer and Team Parent Check-in Time: All swimmers and team parents should check-in at the Swim Center's main street-level entrance by 9:15 am. Team parents, you will receive your access badge to the pool deck at the main entrance check-in desk which you will need to be admitted down the center stairway. Swimmers will be directed down the center stairway and allowed access to the pool deck starting at 9:15 am. We will try our best to have parents and older swimmers directing Sharks to the proper location. If you are not a volunteer at the meet, you must remain upstairs in the spectator bleachers.

Meet Officials Check-in Time: If you are serving as a Meet Official (Meet Director, Stroke Judge, Timer, Starter, Photographer), you need to check-in at the street-level entrance no later than 10:00 am to receive your access badge. Once you receive your access badge, proceed to the pool deck using the center stairway. There will be a brief official meetings before the start of the meet (time to be announced on deck).

Meet Start Time: 11:00 am - Events will be swum in both pools. The North Pool (US Flag side) is for boy events and the South Pool (Texas flag side) for girl events. As you enter the facility, north is to the right and south is to the left.

Access to Pool Deck: UT Swim Center observes a very strict security policy regarding access to the pool deck so you must check-in and receive a badge if you are assigned to work. Adults who are not actively working a volunteer position are absolutely not allowed down in the pool deck area at any time.

Swimmers Leaving the Pool Deck: Swimmers are allowed to visit with spectators in the main bleachers when they are not swimming. However, we highly prefer that 10 and under swimmers just stay in the BCC designated area when on deck so the team parent can find them in time for their events. Swimmers and volunteers on duty who wish to leave the pool area should exit through the stairway in the center of the deck, below the spectator bleachers. When they wish to return to the pool area, they will need to enter using center stairways.

BCC's Assigned Seating on the Pool Deck: The BCC assigned bleacher area is the Southeast side of the pool (on the Texas flag side). Once again, you cannot come on deck unless you are serving in a volunteer position and have a badge. We will have plenty of BCC team parents on deck to help escort swimmers to/from the ready bench.

Snacks: Swimmers can bring drinks and snacks, but please put this in their swim bags and do not bring large coolers that are obvious. Coolers and outside food and drinks are not officially allowed, especially with spectators. Be very discreet if you bring in items. Concessions will be available for purchase by spectators and swimmers.

Awards: Swimmers will receive medals for first, second and third place finishes. All other places will receive participation ribbons in recognition of their participation. Please note that no one will be allowed to pick up their medals/ribbons at the Invitational Meet! Please plan to pick your awards up at the banquet on Monday evening.

Shark Shack: Kathy Armus will bring a few swim caps and goggles for anyone in a cap/goggle crisis. There will not be a table setup, so you will need to hunt Kathy down if you need to make a purchase.
