Invitiational Meet Entries

MEET ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED. The deadline to sign up for events already qualified in was Monday, July 6 at 8 pm. Please review the BCC Sharks Meet Entries Report to confirm your swimmer is signed up for the correct events. If you feel there has been an error, please contact webmaster@bccsharks.org immediately.

Payment for events is due no later than Tuesday, July 7 at 8 pm or your entries are subject to cancellation. Drop your check in Balcones pool Sharks locked mailbox or the Gimarc's porch box by payment deadline. Checks made out to 'BCC Sharks'. No cash please. Payment is non-refundable.

For swimmers who have qualified in less than 3 events only - if you qualify for additional events at the Divisional Meet that you previously did not have Invitational times in, then those events can be added late (to reach a maximum of 3 events). Events qualified for at the Divisional meet can be added up to 30 minutes after the Divisional meet ends. No events can be added or changed otherwise.

A paper form will be available at the Shark Shack or at the computer desk during the Divisional meet for late qualifiers. Be prepared to pay by check made out to 'BCC Sharks' or exact cash. The cost per event is $5. Bring completed form and payment to the computer desk at the Divisional meet and give form and payment to Denise Gimarc.
